This is our Second Level of Service and includes finding your perfect venue and our expert assistance in researching and budgeting your audio/visual and wifi needs, budgeting and ordering food and beverage, managing your rooming lists, finding your off-site venues, and more. 3 – Full Service. Our professional and qualified team will assist you in producing your successful event from beginning to end. SITE RESEARCH AND INSPECTIONS
We’ll search our vast resources and locate venue options to help you find just the right location for your event. You’ll receive a list of qualified properties that meet your criteria for you to compare. In addition, we will go on site and inspect the properties to ensure you get the highest quality at the very best price.
AUDIO VISUAL & INTERNET
We’ll research providers to get the technology you need. We’ll create a budget, manage the ordering and manage it onsite.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Our Certified Meeting Professionals will aid you in selection, budgeting and/or ordering and monitoring your food and beverage for a wonderful culinary experience.
ROOMING LIST AND VIP MANAGEMENT
Our team will confirm arrivals and departures, communicate with the hotel, make your reservations, handle changes, and send you confirmations.Your team handles the event on site.
